Welcome to Blossom Tai Chi (“the Business”). The Business provides services including but not limited to classes, workshops, newsletters and this website to you (the “Customer”). This document, including but not limited to the Privacy and Cookie Policy, collectively form the “Terms”. By using any of the services offered by the Business, you accept and agree to be legally bound by and comply to the Terms. If you do not agree or consent to any of the conditions, please do not access any of the services offered by the Business.

The Terms may be modified by the Business at its own discretion at any time. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to check the Terms for any modifications or amendments. Hence, the Business recommends that the Customer should periodically revisit the Terms to check for any changes. The Customer’s continued use of the services after the effective date of any changes will constitute their continued acceptance and agreement to the Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY
Please review the Privacy Policy. This outlines how the Business governs your use of this services and your submission of personal information to the Business through its services. The Privacy Policy explains how the Business collects and uses and discloses personal information when you interact with its services. You have the right at any time to request that we delete your personal information. The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated herein. Please see the Privacy & Cookie Policy. You must return a signed and dated copy of the Privacy Consent Form to the Business prior to accessing any of the services.

INDEMNITY AND/OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Business makes no promises or guarantees to the accuracy of information provided in the services. No representations or terms of any kind are made, or warranties given, in respect of the services or its contents (including but not limited to any views or comment made, any video content and the content of the Newsletter) other than those required by law. Any information distributed in any format is to be considered guidance, and every individual is responsible for choosing how they wish to use such information in light of that. The Business will not be liable or responsible for any losses associated with the usage of the information.

THIRD PARTY SITES & SERVICES
The Business uses links to third party sites throughout its services as a convenience to the Customer. LINKING TO ANY EXTERNAL SITE IS AT THE CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK. The Business is not liable or responsible for any external website linked by the Business, including but not limited to the content displayed on those sites. The Business recommends the Customer checks the terms and conditions including any privacy and cookie policies of any linked, or non-linked external site before using the external sites services and/or sharing the Customer’s personal information.

SERVICES MAINTENANCE AND CHANGES
The Business reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, correct any errors or omissions, update or change its services at any time. The Business may without notice, modify, suspend, remove or discontinue any service, content or other features of the Business.

CLASSES
Times, dates and prices of the services may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

FEES & REFUNDS
Fees need to be paid by bank transfer before the start of a service. All transactions are non-refundable.

HEALTH & MEDICAL
Your health and wellbeing is important to the Business. Prior to attending any of the services offered by the Business, please fill in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form. This form intends to let you know whether you should check with your doctor before partaking in the classes. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ANY SERVICES IF: YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE FORM, YOUR DOCTOR/MEDICAL ADVISOR DOES NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ATTEND OR YOU ARE UNSURE IN ANY WAY IF THE CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. If your circumstances have changed and the information you provided on the form is no longer accurate, you must not attend or access any of the services offered by the Business until you have completed a new Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and notified the Business of this change. The Business in not liable or responsible for keeping these records up-to-date. You are responsible for informing the Business of any changes to this information or your circumstances.

As standard practise for all venues where the Business operates, the Business conducts a Risk Assessment to identify and implement controls and actions to limit the risks. If you wish to see a copy of any of the risk assessments, please contact the Business. If at any time when using any of the services offered by the Business including not limited to attending classes, workshops or free events you think an activity may not be suitable for you, YOU MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY.
