Any personal information collected by the Business will be stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Business collects and stores your personal information. This includes your first and last names, age, mobile and/or home telephone number, email address, banking details, home address, basic medical information and emergency contact details including but not limited to name(s) and phones number(s).

The Business will collect personal information that you voluntarily submit via email, telephone, bank transfer, social media or verbally. For continued contact, you must consent to the Business storing your personal information.

The lawful basis the Business relies on for collecting and processing your personal information is your consent, given to the Business either: in written form, including but not limited to emails, and/or upon you returning a completed Privacy Consent Form to the Business. The Business has a legitimate interest in collecting and storing your personal information to be able to run its services.

Only the Business has direct access to your personal information. It will never share your personal information with anyone who does not have a legal right of access without your written consent. However, the Business may disclose personal information including the email address and first and last names that you provide to third party service providers who perform services on behalf of the Business. These services include but are not limited to email marketing. Some of these service providers may be located in countries other than the UK, where data privacy laws may be less protective than those of the UK.

If you provide the Business with your first and last names and email address, the Business will automatically add you to its newsletter database. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, you may opt out by contacting the Buiness via email.

If you have provided consent to the Business for collecting and storing your personal information, it may occasionally send you individualised information by email in the form of articles or advice. You can always opt out of this by sending the Business an email.

The services operated by the Business may contain links to external third party sites. Please review the Terms and Conditions for additional information. Before accessing these links, the Business recommends you read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any other terms of the external site before accessing their services. The Business is not responsible for any personal information you provide to any external third party sites, whether accessed via link or not.

You have the right to access your personal information that is stored by the Business. To access your personal data please contact the Business by email. You should get in touch with the Business to correct any factual errors or make any changes to your personal information. The Business is not liable or responsible for keeping you personal information up to date. If your circumstances change or any of the personal information the Business stores about you is false, outdated or otherwise incorrect, you must inform the Business. The Business will keep your personal information for as long as you use its services and for a period of 5 years after that.

You have the right to request the Business to delete your personal information. To do so, please contact the Business via email.

If you have any concerns, comments or questions about how the Business uses your personal information, please contact the Business.
